The AEN association joined the research carried out under the EU's COST IGCOORD initiative (Intergovernmental Coordination from Local to European Governance).
The main aim and objective of the IGCOORD is to generate new insights on how to organize and optimize institutions and processes of intergovernmental coordination. Insights are novel and original resulting from the systematic comparative analysis of a broad array of situations, applications and experts from diverse disciplines and countries.
One of the challenges for AEN experts is to develop solutions for the coordination of multi-level governance in the Baltic Sea Region.
