The European Non-territorial Autonomies Network (ENTAN) is an initiative implemented as part of the COST action of the European Union program Horizon 2020. ENTAN focuses on the architecture of cooperation models reducing inter-ethnic tensions in countries and on satisfying the needs of minorities while preventing separatist and nationalist attitudes. AEN experts conduct research in the field of managing the cultural heritage of the Kashubian minority. Kashubs live in the Pomeranian Voivodeship in Poland. They are an ethnic group of the Polish nation. They retained their own culture and language skills. The vast majority of Kashubs have a dual identification - Polish and ethnic Kashubian.
